TRANSPORTATION

How far is the resort from the airport?

Our property is located within an approximate 15-minute drive from Punta Cana International Airport.

Are airport transfers included to and from the resort?

No. However, the resort can offer assistance in arranging airport transfers offered by third-party vendors at an additional cost. You may book airport transfers and other transport services prior to arrival via email: transfer@hyatt.com.

Does the hotel provide transportation around the local area?

No, however, the front desk can assist you in calling a local taxi service.

Is parking available at the resort?

Yes, we offer guest-only free self-service parking, valet parking is not available.
