ACCOMMODATIONS

We are traveling with a couple of friends. Can we request adjoining or connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are available at an additional cost and subject to availability. They can be arranged on-site and upon arrival only.

Do you offer accessible rooms for people with disabilities? Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we offer accessible rooms, these are equipped with accessible bathrooms, handrails, and are located on the ground floor. Please contact us to learn more and to book. Most common areas of the resort are wheelchair accessible.

Can I book a specific room online?

You may only book a room category online, and not a specific room.

What is the difference between an Ocean View and an Oceanfront room?

Oceanfront rooms offer unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean. Ocean View rooms offer partial views of the ocean.

Are there balconies in all rooms?

All rooms offer either a terrace or balcony, dimensions and views vary by category.

What types of beverages are included in the rooms?

Bottled water, soft-drinks, juice, and beer.

What type of beds are offered?

We offer King and Queen beds. Some family suites may offer bunk beds, and/or roll-out beds. Specific details on bedding configurations per suite category are outlined on our suites page of website.

Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

All of our suites are equipped with standard North American sockets (Type A, sometimes Type B). If traveling with European, Asian, or non-North American appliances/devices, we recommend bringing an adaptor. Please note that our rooms do not offer 220V sockets.
