What's included in my all-inclusive package?
All drinks and meals are included. On-site entertainment, fitness facilities, non-motorized aquatic sports (kayak tours), daily outdoor and indoor activities, in-suite minibar, free wifi, and kids/teens recreational areas are included. Tastings, and multiple social activities are also part of the all-inclusive package. Please visit our activities page for more information.

The following services are not offered as part of the all-inclusive plan, except as otherwise provided:

Does the resort offer a Day Pass service?

If I am on a cruise, and a nearby stop is scheduled in my itinerary, can I visit the resort?

TRANSPORTATION

How far is the resort from the airport and downtown Puerto Vallarta?
We are located at an approximately thirty-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, and an approximately five-minute drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Are airport transfers included to and from the resort?
No. However, the resort can offer assistance in arranging airport transfers offered by third-party vendors at an additional cost. You may book airport transfers and other transport services prior to arrival via email: transport.hyatt_ziva_pto_vallarta@playaresorts.com.
Does the hotel provide shuttles or transportation around the local area?
No, however for an additional fee you may book a shuttle or transfer service via email: transport.hyatt_ziva_pto_vallarta@playaresorts.com.
Is parking available at the resort?
Yes, we offer guest-only free self-service parking, valet parking is not available.

ACCOMMODATIONS

We are traveling with a couple of friends. Can we request adjoining or connecting rooms?
Connecting rooms are currently not available.
Can I book a specific room online?
You may only book a room category online. Special room requests are available, however subject to availability upon arrival.
What is the difference between an Ocean View and an Oceanfront room?
Oceanfront rooms offer unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean. Ocean View rooms may offer partial views of the ocean.
Are there balconies in all rooms?
Rooms at the Main Tower offer juliette balconies. We also offer a specific Balcony Room category that may be booked or upgraded at an additional cost during check-in. All Club Tower rooms offer private furnished balconies.
Is Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, family friendly?
Yes, we provide activities and resort amenities for all ages, including kids and teens.
What is concierge service?
Offering an exceptional hospitality experience, our Concierge Desk will be your first point of contact for any questions that you may have. Concierges can also assist you in booking both on-site and off-site activities. Our Concierge Desk is available from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
What type of beds are offered?
We offer king and double beds. Specific details on bedding configurations per suite are outlined in our suites section of website.
Are rooms accessible for guests with physical disabilities? Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
We offer ground floor suites that are fully equipped for guests with special physical needs, Please contact us to learn more and to book. Most areas in the resort are wheelchair accessible, one restaurant is not.

ACTIVITIES

How can I arrange tours and excursions outside the resort?
Tours may be purchased at our on-site Tour Agency, located in the main lobby. These include Outdoor Adventure, Las Caletas Beach Hideaway, Dolphin Adventure, Rhythms of the Night, and Marietas Eco Discovery. What is the difference between an activity and an excursion?
Activities are included in the all-inclusive plan such as games and fitness classes. Excursions are optional off-site activities offered by third-party vendors at an additional cost.
Are cabanas available for rent?
Yes, we offer large cabanas for rent. Please contact our Concierge Desk for pricing and inclusions. Palapas (shaded palms with lounge chairs) are available on a first come first serve basis.
Are spa treatments included? If not, what is the price, and can they be booked in advance?
Spa and beauty treatments are not included and are available at an additional fee. Treatments may be booked in advance, please call +52-322-226-5056 or email Alix.desantiago@hyatt.com .
Can I sunbathe topless on the beach?
No. Due to local regulations, nudity is not allowed in beach areas.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, all pools are heated to 28C/83F aprox. during the winter months.
What types of watersports are offered?
We offer all-inclusive watersports, including kayak tours and boogie boarding. There are also off-premise tours available for a fee: jet skis, paddle boarding, kayaking, and catamarans.
Do you offer on-site photography services? Would this need to be planned in advance?
Yes, we offer photography services through a third-party and are subject to a fee. Arrangements can be made by emailing PVRIF-Econcierge.zivavallarta@hyatt.com during your stay or prior to arrival.
