Playa Perks Leisure Group Rates are based upon Playa Resort’s prevailing promotions and rates in effect at time of request. Valid only on new group bookings. Up to 25% of the block can be at single supplement rates, above 25% would require revenue approval and rate review. The parties acknowledge and agree that Hotel does not accommodate any type of student groups, including but not limited to spring break groups. Any leisure or social group that is predominantly comprised of guests under the age of 25, must be of a family nature where at least one parent stays in the room with their children. No shows on date of arrival will be charged full applicable room rate. Any 1 or 2 night length of stay requests would be subject to hotel’s prevailing length of stay restrictions at time of booking. These rooms would not be eligible for consideration in the earning of complimentary rooms. Not applicable / combinable with other dollars off promotions including but not limited to AAA Rates or Senior Discounts.
