Hurricane Melissa

Jamaica is currently under a Hurricane Warning due to the approach of Hurricane Melissa. Sangster International Airport is temporarily closed, and our Inclement Weather Policy remains in effect.
10/24/25 UPDATE
Jamaica is under a Hurricane Watch and a Tropical Storm Warning due to Hurricane Melissa. The resort’s inclement weather policy for in-house or arriving guests is now in effect and applies to guests arriving into Sangster International Airport. Please check the status of your flight for specific updates.
GUESTS IN DESTINATION:
Guests who are unable to depart due to airport closures and flight cancellations will be offered accommodations and all services at the rates indicated by resort on a USD per person, per night all-inclusive basis.

For any guests at the resort who opt to depart early prior to the storm, early departure penalties will be waived.
GUESTS UNABLE TO ARRIVE:
No-show/cancellation fees will be waived for guests who are unable to arrive due to airport closures and the cancellation of flights relating to this storm. These guests will be able to arrive on a later date with the following options:
· Arrive on first available flights after the storm and simply stay the same number of nights, confirmed at the same rate (based on availability).
· As Inclusive Collection branded properties appreciate that some guests may not be able to get a different return flight home and/or cannot extend their vacations/holidays beyond their original dates due to work, school and other commitments, the resorts are also providing flexibility for guests to arrive on first available flights after the storm and stay until their original departure date, being charged only for used nights.
Guests must contact their Travel Distributor or resort directly to cancel or to re-book their reservation. If the guest fails to do so prior to scheduled arrival, the no-show/cancellation fees will not be waived.
GUESTS CHOOSING TO RESCHEDULE AT THE SAME RESORT:
Inclusive Collection branded properties will honor the current rates up to the end of 2025 based upon availability. This is only applicable when re-booking at the same resort of the original reservation. In case reservation is made for dates with lower rates, the prevailing rate for those dates will be honored for up to the same amount of nights as the original reservation. Any days between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day are not included in this policy.
